Introduction
In organizations some managers change their expectations frequently, does not trust employees, slandering and giving favoritism. Therefore, employees are getting in to the problematic situation when organization objectives are not met. But ultimately employees have to responsible for the poor performance. This kind of managers can be introduced as bad bosses.
Bad bosses do not respect employees, they do not care about happy and peaceful work environment. They fill a huge work load to the employees and gets all the credit for themselves. These kind of managers focus more on weaknesses than strengths. Actually, these people are more stubborn and bossy and creates a frustrated situation in the work place.
How to deal with them Professionally
- Employees are reluctant to speak with stubborn bosses and get his views and clear the doubts. But If workers speak to them and get correct direction the situation might change positively.
- Employees can emphasis the bad bosses that only they cannot run the organization without certain assistant from others.
- Workers can spot light on the bad bosses that they also might lose their job if they do not care about the certain administrative issues.
- Even though the boss is bad, employees should avoid letting work behind. This will negatively impact on both sides. Employees have to work promptly even with the stressful condition.
- Bad bosses might have serious physiological issues. Employees may inform this situation to the higher management and get assistance from the HR division. Most probably this might be helpful to re-establish the professional and peaceful working ground to the employees.

ReplyDeleteFrom the organisation to avoid or minimise this kind of issues, they can implement continues appraisal processes mid yearly and the annually for the managers too. With that they can measure attrition ratio, competency of the managers and addresses. That will help to minimise the issue.

But this makes organization reputation bad .
