  6. While the author very aptly discusses the negative impacts the interviewers can have on the recruitment a small focus could have been given to the positive impact an interviewer can bring in to the interview. Understanding the hiring need, making a conversation, asking the right questions, ability to read body language, being kind and fair and providing closure are some positive characteristics of an interviewer which can attract the best talent to a company.
