Adding more to the article, according to Walsh (2019), when interviewing candidates interviewer might stereotype based on appearance, background, or individual conditions and also if they depend on first impressions including the greeting, the handshake, or the candidate’s dress interviewing errors will occur and they will give adverse impacts on good recruitments.
