From the organisation to avoid or minimise this kind of issues, they can implement continues appraisal processes mid yearly and the annually for the managers too. With that they can measure attrition ratio, competency of the managers and addresses. That will help to minimise the issue.

  2. Author has taken out a leadership related matter and the article will be much relevant to the subject if author could have link it with HRM, and also it is essential to use in text citations to give the credit to the work of others.
Employer-employee conflicts present challenges for HR leaders. Bossy Supervisors and subordinates don’t always know what to anticipate from each other. An unlikable boss is one of the top five reasons employees leave their jobs. HR should get involved in employer-employee conflicts when behavior violates the company’s policy on workplace conduct. According to Muller (2017) HR leaders frequently act as in-house mediators, since they ordinarily know the both parties.
    Interesting and well written.

  3. Well written on an Interesting topic, One of the best strategy to deal with the bad boss is "rather than think of the boss as your boss, think of them as a difficult client – one you have to figure out how to work with if you want to get ahead, even if you’d rather not". But working with a bad boss leads to workplace depression.
